At age 10, Dr. Jeff Lan embarked on a martial arts cultural lifestyle journey. Over the years he has dedicated himself to scholarly studies of authentic ancient knowledge systems embracing the “master to student” teachings. Now, Jeff is ready to share this knowledge that made him the successful coach and Chinese medicine doctor he is today.
